Redmi Note 8 Pro's DxOMark camera score revealed

DxOMark, an organization that provides image quality evaluations for cameras, lenses and mobile devices on smart phones, is one of the most visited websites for users looking for smart phones with good photo quality.


DxOMark engineers review over 1,500 test images and over 2 hours of videos using the default settings of smartphone cameras, both in controlled laboratory environments and in natural and outdoor scenes.

DxOMark has announced the camera scores of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro. The phone managed to get 87 points from the overall photo quality, and 78 points from the video quality.

When we look at the camera scores of the phone, we can say that it is neither good nor bad. But we would expect the 64MP main camera on the phone to get better results.

Still, if we consider that the Redmi Note 8 Pro is a mid-segment phone and is available at affordable prices, we can say that the camera scores are not too low.
