Laptop Wifi Disabled or Inactive Problem

Question

My computer brand Lenovo has windows 7 home basic installed, I have not been able to access the internet for the last 20 days, it does not see the wireless networks, when I press the troubleshooter, the wireless network feature is off and my wireless network button is not active in the windows mobility center. Help and support may require a hardware unlocking key, but I don't know how to obtain it, please help.

1 - Type CMD in the Start Search section from the Start section.

2 - Right-click on the CMD file in the search result and select Run as Administrator.

3 - Type "SFC / SCANNOW" in the Command Prompt field and press ENTER. (Excluding Nail Marks.)

4 - When the process is completed, try restarting your computer.

If the problem persists, test, and install the latest versions of the Wireless Network drivers.
